Broadtrust CPAs (“we”) focus on providing auditing, tax, and outsourcing services. We have more than sixty certified public accountants who have served hundreds of our clients for a decade. Outsourcing services is one of core professional services that we provide for our clients. Majority of our clients are foreign enterprises with operations in Great China area. As one of the earliest firms that offer the international entities this type of services, we have an impressive tracking record of quality services. Cashier Service
  - Get the original vouchers from customers
  - Audit the rationality and validity of the vouchers
  - Proceed the payment by issuing checks, wiring transfer and e-bank
  - Book the petty cash and bank journal entries
Accounting Service
  - Make vouchers and keeping general ledgers and sub-ledgers
  - Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with US GAAP ,PRC Accounting Standards and IFRS separately
  - Analyze the P/L variance items
  - Breakdown the asset level book value

Compensation Service
  - Establish and maintain the database for each employee
  - Calculate the individual income tax, social benefits, insurance, housing fund and net allowance

Ms. Zhong Xiaohong
Partner -----Professional supervisor
Ms. Zhong Xiaohong has over 12 years of experience in accounting firms, member of China Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Been financial counselor for many conglomerates. Her professional work covers a wide range from mega-enterprises, financial institutions, real-estate firms, public utility to high-tech companies. She also has 3 years of massive experience in accounting, financial management and analysis.

Mr. Feng Bing
Partner -----Advisor
Mr Feng has over ten years of business management experience in leading companies across various industries, strong combination of industry knowledge and techniques from professional experience and academic background. In addition, he has many of broad financial knowledge and experience both on investment finance and corporate finance management.

Ms.Dai Xin
Ms. Dai is a member of China Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as a member in ACCA. She has overall 7 years of experience in finance, accounting and auditing with 3 years serving for an international company. She specializes in accounting, financial management and tax laws, and also has intensive experience on outsourcing services with strong experience in project management and quality control. She has strong knowledge on PRC Accounting Standards, US GAAP and IFRS.

Ms. Zhou Chunrong
Ms.Zhou is a member of China Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as a member in ACCA. She has 5 years of experience in accounting and auditing with extensive experience on outsourcing services. She has strong knowledge on PRC Accounting Standards, US GAAP and IFRS.

Ms. Wu Di
Ms. Wu is a senior accountant, and has 7 years experiences in accounting. She provides accounting and tax services to our customers.

Miss Liu Jingjing
Miss Liu has 3 years of experience in accounting and auditing, focusing on accounting and compensation services. She has strong knowledge on PRC Accounting Standards and US GAAP.

Miss Cao Yun
